USDG is Paxos's second dollar — the newer stablecoin issued under the same regulated umbrella as PYUSD, but built for the Global Dollar Network, a consortium where the yield on reserves gets shared with the institutions distributing it rather than kept whole by the issuer. On Solana it landed where stablecoins actually move: our October 6, 2026 snapshot shows a market cap of about $670.5 million against 21,226 tracked holders and $41.2 million of on-chain pool liquidity — the deepest profile in this batch, and the reason it grades 100/100.
The honest reading of that grade: a regulated issuer with attested reserves is exactly what the contract side wants, and the distribution deal is why exchanges list it — the incentive that made USDT and USDC entrenched is pointed at growth here. The residual is that "regulated" is a jurisdiction's word for centralized controls: the issuer can freeze balances, and that is a property of the asset, not a defect.
USDT on BSC is Tether's dollar on the chain that still clears a meaningful share of stablecoin volume — issued by Binance's peg mechanism under the BEP-20 standard at 0x55d398326f99059ff775485246999027b3197955, the canonical BSC mint. Our October 9, 2026 snapshot reads $548.6 million of tracked pool liquidity.
The honest chain note: this is a pegged representation — the reserve sits with Tether, and the BSC contract is Binance's wrapped issuance of that claim, not a second Tether mint. That makes its risk profile two-layered: Tether's attestation cadence underneath, plus the bridge-custody layer Binance operates on top. For most users the distinction never matters; for anyone holding size it is the entire question.
By tracked market cap: USDG (Solana) measures $670.45M and USDT (BNB Chain) measures $9.19B — dated snapshots, not a live feed.
On the contract checks we publish: USDG (Solana) grades A and USDT (BNB Chain) grades B. A grade is a structural check on the contract, not a promise about the asset.
Between 2026-09-15 and 2026-10-16T18:15:28, the measured snapshots show USDG at +0.02% and USDT at +0.15%.
The grade column is the one CMC's compare page cannot print — our grade is computed from the contract itself (mint/freeze authority, liquidity, holder concentration). Changes are measured over the shared window stated on the chart, 2026-09-15→2026-10-16T18:15:28; a token with fewer measured points measures a shorter span inside it.
