Statuses are honest by construction: "live" means a probe or the fleet's own health record confirms it this minute, "queued" means registration is done and admission is pending, "filed" means paperwork submitted with nothing deployed yet, "degraded" means we know it's down. No claimed uptime percentages — either a live read or the label says what we actually know.
