Perpetual futures that settle on-chain

Long or short the major crypto markets with leverage through Jupiter's perpetuals engine — positions are on-chain, collateral moves atomically, and the same wallet signs every open and close.

A perpetual future is a leveraged bet on direction with no expiry: instead of an end date it carries a funding rate that nudges the contract price toward spot, and a liquidation price that ends the trade for you if the market runs far enough the wrong way. The perps desk wraps Jupiter's perpetuals program — the positions are real on-chain state, not rows in a house ledger.

How the desk works

Pick the market, the side, the size and the leverage; the page builds a wallet-signed position request and validates it against the live program state before you sign. Collateral posts in SOL — the keeper swaps it to the custody asset inside the transaction — and the market list, prices and your open positions all read live from chain rather than a cached feed. Opening, adding, and closing run the same signed-request path.

The honest part: leverage and geography

Leverage is a liquidation engine — the position doesn't wait for you to be right, it waits at the liquidation line. Funding and that line are the two numbers that decide the trade, not conviction. And the desk is jurisdiction-gated in both directions: it's unavailable in the US, UK, Canada and sanctioned jurisdictions, and the page checks eligibility before it lets you build a request rather than failing at settlement.

The honest limit: a flat 1% platform fee applies on the desk, split with a referrer when one exists — but the fee is the smallest number on the page. Funding rate, liquidation distance and position size against a moving market are what actually decide survival. This is the highest-risk surface in the app; size it like it.

Leveraged on a token you've scanned?

A clean contract doesn't soften a liquidation — but scan the underlying anyway, then mind the funding and the liq line.

Frequently asked

Which markets can I trade?

The desk lists the markets Jupiter Perpetuals supports — the majors like SOL, ETH and BTC — read live from the on-chain program. The page only shows what the venue can actually settle.

What does leverage actually do?

It multiplies both sides of the trade and moves your liquidation price closer. A 10x long doesn't need the market to hit zero — roughly a tenth of the move against you ends the position. The desk shows the liquidation line before you sign.

Where are perpetuals unavailable?

The desk is geo-restricted: the US, UK, Canada and sanctioned jurisdictions are blocked at the eligibility check before a request can be built. That's the venue's compliance gate, not a UI preference — there is no legitimate way around it.

What does it cost?

A flat 1% platform fee, split with a referrer on-chain when a referral exists — plus the market's own funding rate, which can pay you or cost you depending on which side of the trade the crowd is on.
