Every token launch HostDeFi's monitor captures carries its deployer wallet, and the ledger keeps the tally: how many tokens each wallet has launched, over what period, on which venues. A wallet that deploys forty tokens in a week is a fact worth being able to look up — not an accusation, a dated record. Records published here are the ledger's graduated slice.
