What the August baseline says
The first monthly read sets the baseline every later report is measured against. Its shape: four of five gated tokens graded A, and three in four carried both dangerous authorities confirmed renounced — but "unresolved" still described 463 tokens, an open question rather than a pass. The two instruments that began recording after this snapshot — holder concentration and the exit ledger — are what turn the September report into a comparison instead of a repeat.
